The Port Vila Football Association (PVFA) has received the Vanuatu Made Shield from the Department of Industry (DoI) ahead of next week’s tournament final.

The shield, which will remain in use for the next six years, reflects the Department’s commitment to sponsoring the event. This year’s competition marks the first edition of the tournament.

PVFA President Harry Atisson expressed gratitude to the Department for its sponsorship, highlighting how the tournament has created a valuable platform for local players to showcase their talents.

DoI Marketing Manager Ian Bani noted that PVFA players come from all six provinces and proudly display their Vanuatu-made talents, representing the country in international competitions.

The tournament final is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, featuring an exciting match between Tafea FC and iCount Yatel.
