The Vanuatu Craft Association, in collaboration with Vanuatu Brewing Limited at Tagabe, has launched a range of Vanuatu-made products crafted from local fruits and root crops.

These new products are unique, utilizing surplus produce from Efate farmers and unsold items from local markets, ensuring that local resources are maximized.

The offerings include not only liquor, such as Kumala Vodka, but also locally made jams, vinegar, and flour from Vanuatu’s fresh produce. Additionally, the initiative has partnered with Tanna Coffee to fuse local coffee into some of the new products.

Pictured is Master Brewer Francois Lhote with some of the locally produced liquors, while smaller images showcase the jams and Kumala Vodka.

More details on this business development will follow in the next issue.
